Although we make every effort to update the website in a timely fashion
items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out. Because most items
are one of a kind, the artists have kindly agreed to create a unique piece
to fulfill order. In this case, you will be notified and please allow
2-4 weeks for order to be shipped.
Which credit cards do you accept?
Cocolah.com accepts most major credit cards as well as paypal.
How can I modify my order?
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please email us at support@cocolah.com
as soon as possible so that we can try to reasonably accommodate your
request.
Do you ship to where I live?
Cocolah.com will ship internationally.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order has been
successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail
will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will
include the tracking number for your package. You may check the status
of your order at anytime by visiting the UPS site at www.ups.com
What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 10 days of receipt
for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED and with ALL tags
attached. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
and a $ 15 re-stocking/handling fee is applicable on all returns and exchanges.
When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received at Cocolah.com your refund will be
processed in the original form of payment (i.e. same credit card) within
five business days. You will be notified via email to the email address
listed on your invoice when this transaction has taken place. Please note
that your banking institution may require additional days to process and
post this transaction to your account once they have received the information
from Cocolah.com
